Support Plans
SBG Technologies provides on-site support tailored to customer needs. Our onsite service agreements are offered
in plans based on the customer required response times, as agreed on the items covered for the selected plan.
One
of our three plans will match your needs. We keep your system operating at peek efficiency by ensuring all hardware
components are optimized to work with each other and the installed software on individual computers on across the network.
Four Choices are Available:
- Gold
- Silver
- Bronze
- Pay-As-You-Go
After Hours
SBG Technologies provide after-hours on-site service between 5:00 P.M. and 11:00
P.M, on weekdays at a rate equal to one half the current hourly rate.
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays service is also available at twice the current hourly rate.
